About us
In order to survive all living things, from krill to caribou, from fern to forest, adapt to the constantly changing environment. Today the ability of fast decision-making, hard and systematic work and a little bit of “good luck” are the foundation for remaining on the market and fulfilling the essential company targets in the contemporary world undergoing abrupt changes. We also had to adapt to new conditions- we established Elektro-Holding Group.
Elektro-Holding Group started its business activity in April 2007. Its base consisted of 8 companies- shareholders:
- Anmar from Gorzów Wielkopolski,
- BMK from Chorzów,
- Elektra from Poznań,
- Elpie from Lublin,
- Elwir from Nowy Sącz,
- Iglotech from Kwidzyń,
- Kaczmarek Electric from Wolsztyn
- Ostel from Rzeszów.
- In January 2008 this base was extender by two affiliated companies:
- Lemar from Mysłowice
- Mega-Hurt from Łódź.
As a group we are located in 59 points in Poland and we employ 648 people (data for January 2008). During several months of its existence, Elektr-Holding proved it is an organized company. Every day the employees of the Group conscientiously realize the trade strategy of the company and achieve goals owing to their hard and systematic work. As Elektro-Holding Group we co-operate with key suppliers in electrotechnical branch. It is undoubtedly our success that we managed to fulfill 100% of the schedule for 2007 and we obtained very good sales results. In a very short period of time we learnt how to co-operate and we implemented the solutions which had not been applied before in any other Polish purchase group. We managed to do it, because- apart from the fact we co-operate with each other, we simply like and respect each other. We want to learnt from the best and develop in accord with international trends. In February 2008 Elektro-Holding Group joined the Association of Electrotechnics Distribution Employers SHE.
We realism that there is a lot of work ahead of us, but we are convinced of one thing: we would like to be regarded as a well-organized purchase group with precisely-specified working principles, who is a reliable and loyal business partner.
